Tribunal upholds Kano NNPP rep member’s victory

The National/State House of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal, sitting in Kano, on Thursday, affirmed the victory of Sagir Koki of New Nigeria Peoples Party against Muntari Ishaq Yakasai of All Progressives Congress for the Kano Municipal House of Representatives election held on February 25, 2023. In its judgement, the three-member panel of judges led by
