The U.S. is imposing sanctions on the deputy leader of Sudan's paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) Abdelrahim Dagalo, for his involvement in human rights abuses. Dagalo, who is the brother of RSF commander Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, is the highest profile member of the RSF to be sanctioned since conflict erupted in Sudan in mid-April.
