NYPD traffic agent punched, threatened with knife by unhinged scooter-rider: cops

The irate suspect rolled up to the traffic cop, a 26-year-old man, and confronted him at East Tremont Avenue and the Grand Concourse in Mount Hope around 8:10 a.m. Aug. 30, authorities said.
