Rugby: Mitchell to start at scrum-half for England against Argentina

MARSEILLE: Alex Mitchell was on Thursday named at scrum-half in a surprise call by coach Steve Borthwick for England’s World Cup Pool D opener against Argentina in Marseille this weekend.
