Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to address two rallies in Chhattisgarh this month, beginning with one in Raigarh on September 14, according to those in the know. Raigarh comes under Bilaspur division in the state, which has eight districts and 24 assembly seats. In 2018, the Congress had bagged 14 seats while the BJP won seven seats. Two seats were won by the BSP and Janta Congress each.
