Rescue teams in Turkey are urgently working to save an American explorer, who suffered internal bleeding while exploring a cave over 1,000 meters below the surface. Mark Dickey, aged 40, developed gastrointestinal bleeding inside the Morca cave near Turkey's Mediterranean coast. The operation is one of the world's largest cave rescues, involving 150 rescuers.
