Belarus and Moscow are drafting a three-year action plan to promote cooperation, the press service of the Belarusian Embassy in Russia told BelTA following the talks between Belarus' Ambassador Dmitry Krutoi and Minister of the Moscow City Government, Head of the Moscow City Department for External Economic and International Relations Sergey Cheremin.
