Troy Police investigating shots fired incident

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Troy Police are currently investigating a shots fired incident that happened around 10 p.m. Thursday night in the area of Jefferson Street and 5th Avenue. At this point in the investigation, police say they do not believe anyone was struck.
