Palliatives: Why bags of rice carried  Fintiri’s picture – Aide

Chief of Staff to Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State, Edgar Amos, on Thursday, defended the decision to put the picture of the governor on bags of rice distributed to the public as palliatives. Adamawa State, just like many others has been distributing food items as palliatives to cushion the hardship occasioned by the removal
