Hair brand Mark Hill aims to provoke with launch of first OOH campaign

Mark Hill Hair has debuted an out-of-home (OOH) billboard and bus-side campaign across the brand’s HQ city, Nottingham, to showcase its new jumbo waver styling tool, and the theme is an unusual one.
