ECB Could Swing in Favor of Final Rate Rise

The pendulum at the European Central Bank’s Sept. 14 meeting could well swing in favor of a final interest-rate increase of 25 basis points, Fritzi Koehler-Geib, chief economist at KfW, writes in a note.
