Furious Strictly Come Dancing bosses launch probe to identify mole after celebrity pairings were leaked
FURIOUS Strictly Come Dancing bosses have launched an investigation to uncover a mole after a huge leak.
This week an anonymous social media account posted the Strictly pairings, revealing which pro dancer each celebrity will compete with.
Now it’s been reported show bosses are determined to uncover the person’s identity after the results of each show last series were also spoiled.
A source said: “Enough is enough, it isn’t fair on the fans, they look forward to tuning in to see who will be dancing together.”
The TV insider continued to the Daily Mail: “Now procedures are being put in place to see if the mole can be caught though it’s tricky because there are so many people involved with Strictly but the bosses are determined to nail he or she.”
Last year the mole leaked which celebrity was voted off of the show each week – spoiling the results show for fans.
An insider said last year: “For years, the audience didn’t twig the Sunday show was pre-recorded, but recently results have been leaked, spoiling the suspense.
The audience at Strictly Come Dancing have their phones removed during filming, with the crowd made up of family and friends of those taking part and members of the public.
The 2023 class includes favourite to win EastEnders star Bobby Brazier, TV presenters Angela Scanlon and Nikita Kanda, Benidorm star Layton Williams, actors Nigel Harman and Adam Thomas, Love Island star Zara McDermott, news readers Angela Rippon and Krishnan Guru-Murthy, tennis star Annabel Croft, actresses Ellie Leach and Amanda Abbington, Paralympian Jody Cundy, and Family Fortunes legend Les Dennis.
