The Ladakh administration has issued a new notification for the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) elections in Kargil, which will now take place on October 4. The nomination process will be held from September 9-16. The notification was issued following a Supreme Court order that directed the administration to issue a fresh notification.
