I’m a 28J but swear by boob tape under a backless dress – my eyeliner hack helps get it in the right position every time
A WOMAN with 28J boobs has shared the genius eyeliner hack she uses to make sure her tape doesn’t show.
Jen Warnes regularly shares tips and tricks for outfit options as a bigger-busted woman, and admitted she swears by boob tape when she’s got a backless dress to wear.
And to ensure that none of the tape is visible when she’s done, she whips out her eyeliner to help.
“I always mark in eyeliner the outline of the dress,” she explained as she demonstrated in a video on her TikTok page.
“That just makes sure we stay within the lines and we don’t accidentally tape over so that the tape becomes on show.”
Jen continued her video to show how she applies the tape, beginning with nipple covers.
“Because that’s going to hurt if you don’t use those!” she winced.
“Then you want to measure out your strips.”
She began with a medium-sized piece of tape, and took the backing off one section which she put underneath her chest.
“And then you kind of peel the paper up at the same time as you’re peeling this side,” she added.
Once she’d got four strips in position, she showed the difference between the position of the boob she’d taped, and the one she hadn’t.
She then recreated the same taping structure on the other side.
“I got them pretty even actually, which sometimes is half the battle,” she said.
Jen added that while people always ask if you can see the tape, she uses black tape when she’s got a black dress so that it’s less visible.
“The final thing I’m gonna do is just tape down my dress, so that it doesn’t fly open in the middle of the night,” she continued.
“This is just fashion tape you can get on Amazon. We’ll stick this onto the boob tape and then stick the dress onto that.
“It does take a little bit of practice but once it’s down, it’s secure. It opens up so many different outfit options for us.”
