Ohio Senate considers training bill on anniversary of Oregon refinery deaths

COLUMBUS — On the one-year anniversary of two Toledo area refinery worker deaths, an Ohio Senate committee started reviewing a bill to require minimum training standards for contractors at three northwest Ohio oil refineries.
