‘Absurd!’ Aristocrats get £323-a-day to sit in House of Lords ... on fewer than 20 votes

Away from the political theatre in Downing Street today, two toffs won seats in a House of Lords election today entitling them to £323 a day. It's been described as an "absurdity".
