Suki Waterhouse’s Preppy Loafers Feature Belt-Like Straps From Tod’s

Suki Waterhouse had a preppy moment when photographed leaving her hotel during Milan Fashion Week on Thursday.

The “Daisy Jones & The Six” actress slipped on a pair of white crew socks with dark brown loafers by Tod’s. The patent leather set featured a sleek silhouette accompanied by a black strap that laid on top of the lace-up closure.

The loafers brought height to the look with a black rubber platform sole and a wooden heel that was about 1 inch tall. The shoes were embellished with a strap and a “T” motif, creating a belt-like silhouette.

Waterhouse added to the look with a white fitted top which she layered with an oversized burnt orange plaid blazer with black buttons along the center closure and cuffs. She matched her shoes with a dark brown high-waisted miniskirt. 

The actress accessorized with a pearl choker and a pair of white oval sunglasses. She kept her dirty blond hair in a softly curled style which complimented her minimal makeup that featured a nude lip. The subtle look was created by hairstylist Linnéa Nordberg and makeup artist Benjamin Puckey 

Waterhouse’s look was put together by stylist Judit Melis. 

The model is a familiar face at fashion week events. Earlier this summer, she was sitting front row at Fendi’s fall 2023 couture show wearing a chocolate leather midi skirt with garter-inspired thigh-high boots. When she’s not sitting front row, Waterhouse is walking the runway for designers like Burberry, Tommy Hilifiger and Alice + Olivia.

Waterhouse’s footwear closet is filled with heeled styles from top labels like Giuseppe Zanotti and Rochas Paris. When off-duty, she usually gravitates towards casual sneakers from brands like Adidas. 

Milan Fashion Week marks the third week of Fashion Month. Over 100 designers have gathered in Milan, Italy to present their spring 2024 collection. The roster for this week includes top labels like Dolce & Gabbana, Roberto Cavalli, Giorgio Armani and more.
