'Throw out everybody': Trump says to ditch GOP leaders if they don't 'take action now'
Donald Trump on Saturday posted an all-caps rant on his social media site suggesting that, if action isn't taken soon, all Republican leaders could be taken out of their positions and replaced.
Trump, who spent the earlier part of his day on Truth Social talking about a plane crash, turned his attentions toward automatic voter registration efforts in Pennsylvania. Under the new system, anyone renewing or getting a license for the first time would automatically be registered to vote, unless they opt-out of the enrollment, according to reports.
According to Trump, registering voters is actually a way to steal votes.
POLL: Should Trump be allowed to run for office?
"THE DEMOCRATS ARE TRYING TO STEAL PENNSYLVANIA AGAIN BY DOING THE 'AUTOMATIC VOTER REGISTRATION' SCAM," Trump said Saturday. "THEY NEVER STOP! OBAMA AND HIS RADICAL LEFT THUGS ARE PUSHING THIS, AND THE DEMOCRATS, INCLUDING THE NEW LIBERAL GOVERNOR, ARE THRILLED."
Trump goes on to suggest that his companions in the Senate and House should be replaced if they don't do something about it.
"IF REPUBLICAN 'LEADERSHIP, INCLUDING THE DISASTER WE HAVE IN THE SENATE, MITCH MCCONNELL, TOGETHER WITH KEVIN M, & THE RNC (FINALLY!), DON’T TAKE ACTION NOW, WE HAVE TO THROW EVERYBODY OUT & GET PEOPLE WHO CAN STOP THE SCAMS, CHEATING, & RIGGING - & WIN! THE PENNSYLVANIA REPUBLICAN PARTY MUST ENERGIZE, GET TOUGH, & STOP THIS SCAM - OUR COUNTRY IS AT STAKE!!!"
