Kelly Clarkson Joins Street Performer In Impromptu Performance (& Captures the Moment the Busker Recognizes Her!)

Kelly Clarkson surprised a street performer on her way to soundcheck for her performance at the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Festival on Saturday night (September 23).

The 41-year-old Chemistry hitmaker was set to take the stage later that evening for a performance of her own. However, she gave fans a sneak peak when she was invited to join a busker who was singing Tina Turner.

She shared the cute moment on social media and captured the moment when the performer recognized her as the original American Idol winner!

“I was on my way to soundcheck for @iHeartRadio tonight in Vegas and was tipping this incredible woman killing some Tina Turner and then she asked me to sing and had no clue who I was,” Kelly wrote alongside the clip on Instagram. “And then it hit her, and it made my day! She gives the best hugs and sings her tail off! See ya tonight Vegas ❤️ #iHeartFestival2023″

In the video, Kelly belted out a portion of Tina‘s hit “What’s Love Got to Do With It.” She gave the performer a massive hug.

It appears that the performer realized it was Kelly while they were embracing, and she let out a shout of excited surprise.

Kelly recently performed a duet with a very special person in her life.
