Blackout: Kebbi seeks patience of residents 

The Kebbi State Government has appealed to the residents of Birnin Kebbi, the state capital, and its environs to be patient as the total blackout being experienced would soon be over. This was disclosed in a statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the state governor, Ahmed Idris, and made available to the News Agency
