Belarus to UN: Countries have no choice but to engage in dialogue and negotiate with each other

Sergei Aleinik reminded that back in 2017 Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko came up with the idea to launch a global security dialogue. The initiative represented an attempt to prevent global politics from spiraling downward.
