Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually inaugurated Odisha's second Vande Bharat Express and eight others from different stations across the country. He highlighted that these trains are symbols of a new enthusiasm in India and are more modern and comfortable. The Puri-Rourkela Vande Bharat Express will cover a distance of 505 km in 7 hours and 45 minutes. With the addition of these nine trains, the total number of Vande Bharat trains has reached 34, boosting connectivity across eleven states.
