‘Traditional values’ Republican accused of extra-marital affair with lobbyist
The wife of a family-values Republican Congressman has filed for divorce – accusing her husband of cheating on her multiple times.
Melody Duncan, who is married to Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC), started divorce proceedings Friday, the Daily Beast reported.
She named one of the alleged mistresses as Liz WIlliams, a D.C. lobbyist.

The Beast reported that Duncan, the father of three adult children, calls himself a “strong advocate for life and traditional values.”

But the Beast reported that the divorce filing said his “extramarital relationship(s) is/are widely known in political circles in North Carolina and Washington DC."
