STRICTLY’S Shirley Ballas went make-up free as she scrubbed her kitchen floor hours after the first live show.
The head judge, 63 – who has been on the BBC show since 2017 – wowed in a tight pink dress during last night’s episode.
This morning she shared a video of herself cleaning her kitchen floor after spilling her drink.
Rocking an oversized white t-shirt, leggings and no make-up, Shirley said: “So last night glitz and glamour.
“Today… I’m cleaning the kitchen floor because I didn’t get all the juice in in the juicer and it went everywhere!
“So I’m hand cleaning my floor.”
She captioned the post: “Back to normality today,” with a laughing face.
Last night furious Strictly viewers slammed Shirley for giving The One Show star Angela Scanlon an ‘unfair’ score.
The head judge gave Angela a fix, while the others gave a six.
Earlier this week fans were concerned that Shirley might not appear on the first live show of the series.
On Wednesday Shirley revealed that she was bedbound, and explained to her followers that she had caught something.
The next day she updated fans with a video of her at work.
Shirley said: “Good morning, everybody. So I’m back at work today and I wanted to thank everybody for their wonderful messages yesterday.
“And you also said to try some Manuka honey and water and that seemed to do the trick. So I’ve got my Manuka honey here, got my water and my lemon. I’ll be having that all day today.
“Feeling a lot brighter this morning. So again, thank you for your messages.”
