Nicole Scherzinger Brings Versatile Fall Boots a Sky-High Twist in London
Nicole Scherzinger gave timeless fall footwear a dynamic spin this weekend.
While leaving the Savoy Theatre in London after her latest performance in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “Sunset Boulevard,” Scherzinger wore a set of black leather boots. The Pussycat Dolls member’s style featured sharply pointed toes with smooth uppers, complete with thin stiletto heels totaling at least 4 inches in height.
Scherzinger’s towering footwear brought a slick take to the classic leather boot, which many regard as a fall and winter wardrobe staple. Styles with pointed and rounded toes in a range of heights are favored for their versatility and layering abilities, particularly in hues of black, brown and tan. Various silhouettes of the shoe are often released during colder months, as seen in new collections by Cole Haan, Schutz and Prada.
For a grungy take on fall dressing, Scherzinger opted to pair her sharp boots with a set of distressed black denim skinny jeans and a leather biker jacket, layered over a white cropped T-shirt. A glossy black manicure smoothly finished her ensemble with a monochrome edge.
Where shoes are concerned, Scherzinger typically goes for bold styles. The “Buttons” musician often wears platform sandals and pointed-toe pumps from top brands like Christian Louboutin, Jimmy Choo and Le Silla. When off-duty, she also prefers boots by Gucci and The Kooples, as well as Fila and Nike sneakers and Crocs clogs.
