Nocturne Luxury Villas appoints new Vice President of Sales and Revenue Optimization; New General Manager of Exceptional Stays
NEWPORT, RI – Nocturne Luxury Villas, owner and operator of best-in-class luxury villa rental companies in the US, Caribbean, and Mexico, announces the appointment of two hospitality veterans to key roles: Alana Gall as Vice President of Sales and Revenue Optimization, and Jason Vargas as General Manager of Exceptional Stays, a luxury villa rental company in Telluride, CO.
As the newly appointed Vice President of Sales and Revenue Optimization, Gall will be instrumental in driving sales strategies, maximizing revenue, and achieving our business objectives across all aspects of Nocturne Luxury Villa’s brands. Gall has an extensive background in vacation rental companies including sales executive at Vacasa, regional relationship manager at InvitedHome, marketing manager at Luxury Retreats, director of vacation rentals at Ascent Sotheby’s International Realty, and director of sales and marketing at Triumph Mountain Properties.
A graduate of Dartmouth College, Gall is a Colorado-based outdoor enthusiast and spends her free time rafting, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, and more.

In his new position as general manager of Exceptional Stays in Telluride, CO, Vargas will oversee the execution of all operational activities, owner and guest relations, business development, and more.
Vargas joins Exceptional Stays from Inspirato, a luxury subscription-based destination club that manages 800+ vacation homes and experiences in 100+ global destinations. Most recently as Director of Operations, International Portfolio, he oversaw 300 residences in more than 46 destinations. Over his eight years with Inspirato, he also served as senior manager of portfolios, senior manager of destination experiences, and operations manager.
Vargas received a B.A. from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, and studied abroad extensively in Costa Rica, Australia, and China. In his free time, Vargas is an avid runner and enjoys traveling with his family, including his wife, Isabelle, and his three children, Pearson, Betty, and Paolo.

He played a critical role in opening multiple hotels during his time at Four Seasons, showcasing his remarkable talent for managing complex projects. Moreover, his invaluable international experience with a luxury Indonesian hospitality group in Bali has enriched his understanding of diverse cultures and markets,” said Wiseman.
