September 29, 2023 – Circular Gravel Ride To The View Café & Barnsley Main (Wombwell, Barnsley)
A nice route using mainly old railway lines & canal towpaths. The View Café is in a great location and well worth a visit. There will also be a small amount of mud and a few steps to navigate!
There maybe some muddy sections & dead ends, as there’s a bit of exploration with this ride which will also go down the new coal line from Royston.
Mainly tracks & trails There will be a café stop at Mapplewell Meadows Farm, ‘The View Café’. Please bring the usual spares & money for the café. We never leave anyone behind
