Defending the tours of officers to various districts in the state in the past six months, Chief minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday said that it was his brainchild to reach out to people by taking the CM grievance cell to their doorsteps after two years of Covid disruptions. "As per my directions, officers from the CMO conducted decentralised grievances cells in all the districts", the CM said.
