Le Mans TV figures
The ACO has revealed the broadcast figures for the 2023 Le Mans 24 Hours, which it claims produced the largest-ever remote audience for the race.
According to the ACO, no fewer than 196 countries were offered TV coverage of the event and an impressive 113 million viewers tuned in: two-and-a-half times more than last year.
In addition, the number of viewers from the USA increased sharply compared to previous years. Other key endurance racing nations such as Germany, Japan and Denmark also recorded notable audience figures.

Falken claimed another award at the International Motor Film Awards last week, winning the ‘Best Event Film’ category for its short “Falken Tyre at the 24h of Nürburgring 2023: A Monument to the Art of Racing”.

The Schubert duo of Eduardo Coseteng and Ben Green came home second, making it a 1-2 for BMW. Third place went to Huber Motorsport’s Jannes Fittje and Nico Menzel.
Then on Sunday in Race 2 it was a 1-2 for Team Joose by Racemotion. After claiming pole position, the Porsche customer team celebrated a one-two at the Red Bull Ring on Sunday afternoon. Team principal Michael Joos claimed his first ADAC GT victory alongside Christian Engelhart.
