Winter training 2023
As the race season draws to a close, we are putting together some activities for the winter – members will be notified in advance:
- Monday night swim sessions will be back in October
- Group spins will start back from this Sunday October 1st
- We are going to try a Parkrun meet up – this is a free timed 5km run each Saturday (Coffee & Cake will encouraged afterwards). register in advance on parkrun.ie and we will meet up at Mungret on the first Saturday, Limerick (UL) 3rd Saturday
