I’m 5’4″ with boobs and hips – my mom says I look like I’m ‘summoning the devil’ in my fall wedding guest dress
A WEDDING guest has revealed the dress she plans to wear to the ceremony.
Her mother chimed in, saying the dress looks more appropriate for “summoning the devil.”

A Redditor who goes by the username sammmem posted the controversial frock to the social media platform.
“I live in Canada and have my first non-summer wedding,” she said.
“It will be exclusively outdoors likely with fires but it’s definitely cooler now (happening October) so I’m looking to not freeze.
“With the crowd it will be pretty casual, no dress code but I know my people lol so the nicer end of casual is definitely good.
“Her colors are muted rust tones,” she wrote in the post.
The wedding guest also gave an idea of her measurements for readers.
“I am five-foot-four, medium/size six for dresses with wide hips and I’m so concerned that I’ve made the wrong choice,” she said.
She added that her mother had some intense opinions about the look of the dress.
“First is what I bought but in a larger size for both boob room and length so definitely fits better but I love the sleeve,” she said.
She included other options that her friends sent her for the event.
“My mom is telling me I look like I’m summoning the devil but just need a pointy hat. Please help,” she added.
Fellow Redditors shared their opinions in the comment section of the post.
“I don’t love any of them, but your mom was harsh. Maybe something long sleeve in velvet so you don’t freeze?
“A wrap dress or faux wrap would highlight your waist,” the Redditor commented.
“No I needed this, personally only in love with the sleeve of the first the rest I suppose I could be convinced but this is helpful.
“I’m anti velvet though but could look in the faux wrap realm so thank you,” Sammmem replied.
