Sumitomo Corporation Group has secured a long-term lease agreement for a 3-acre land parcel in Mumbai's Bandra-Kurla Complex for over Rs 2,067 crore. Its subsidiary, Goisu Realty, obtained the land through an 80-year lease agreement. This is the first land parcel auctioned by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) in over 12 years.
