MARRIED At First Sight star Terence Edwards shocked fans with his “real age” and how old his three children.
The youth worker surprised viewers when he revealed that he is 40-years-old with three sons.
Terence told his new bride Porscha, 36, that his eldest child is 23 and his youngest are aged nine and six.
Many fans were stunned at Terence’s age and gushed that he looked “no older than his 30s”.
One wrote: “Terence looks great for his age,” while a second said: “I can’t believe he’s 40 and has three kids.”
A third commented: “Terence doesn’t look old enough to be 40.”
Another added: “This guy looks good for a 40-year-old with three sons, did he say he had a 23-year-old son?”
But Terence did not impress all fans and came under fire from fans for his “sexist” comments on the show.
He revealed how he would like his life to be – leaving some to suggest he would be better in the 1950s.
Terence said: “I definitely want to be the provider, I think it’s important for the man to be the man, to go out there and provide for your family.
“And for my wife, I’ll need her to look after the house, look after the kids, and make me feel good when I come in from work.”
Taking to Twitter to react to his comment, one person said: “’I need my wife to look after the house and the kids’ Get back on ya dinosaur Terence fs.”
A second raged: “Terence wants a housewife? Misogynistic piggy.”
The pair didn’t get off to the best start when Christian Porscha discovered Terence’s job.
The DJ admitted partying until the early hours in nightclubs, while Porscha has a strict 11pm bedtime.
She had also grilled her new husband at their wedding about his religious beliefs – before she’d even asked his name.
