Las Vegas teens accused of intentionally hitting, killing retired cop will remain in custody

One of two Las Vegas teens involved in a hit-and-run that killed a retired cop bragged to police that he would be out in 30 days for the crime and only receive a "slap on the wrist," according to an arrest report.
