September 30 – Longdendale Tales celebration (Tintwistle)
An open event at the Peak District National Park’s Longdendale Environment centre to celebrate a year long research project exploring the history of the Transpennine Trail section from Hadfield to Woodhead Tunnels, and also the surrounding towns and hamlets of the Longdendale Reservoirs.
