Changes to Sunday Session Tmes

Sunday sessions are going to be changed with effect from 1st October 2023 to 2.45pm - 6.30pm

The new training times for the following squads from that date will be

Silver - 2.45pm - 4.00pm

Lessons - 3.00pm - 3.30pm

Bronze - 4.00 pm - 4.45pm

All Gold - 4.45pm - 6.30pm
