Analyst: Ringgit to hit 4.6 to the dollar by year-end, 4.3 by end-2024

KUALA LUMPUR: Hong Leong Investment Bank (HLIB) Research expects the ringgit to hit 4.6 to the dollar by the year-end and 4.3 to the dollar by end-2024, as part of a gradual recovery of the ringgit following an expected peaking of the US’ federal funds rate (FFR) in the fourth quarter of 2023.
