Downloading from Disney plus issue (no replies)

I don’t seem to be able to download from Disney plus onto Android devices at home. They simply don’t start and say they will resume when the device is connected to WiFi, which it is.

BB is Sky which is flaky at best, but these downloads work to IOS no problem.

Mrs PD has no problem downloading from Disney plus at work, to her Android Samsung tablet and phone which she can’t at home.

I can’t find a solution on the web - I’ve deleted and reinstalled the App, I’ve cleared the cache in the App and I’m just stumped by the whole thing.

Any advice/solution gratefully received. There will be hell to pay if she can’t watch Greys Anatomy on the plane next week ????
