Florida had 13 men on the field and still couldn't stop Kentucky's Ray Davis from scoring
Kentucky was having no trouble with its home tilt against Florida, as running back Ray Davis pummeled the Gators defense on the ground.
The running back totaled more than 200 yards on the ground and three rushing touchdowns by the third quarter, including one play where he bulldozed into the end zone on a play where Florida had 13 players on the field.
Not only is this a difficult numbers snafu, this is also just a sign of how difficult it was for Florida to even vaguely contain Kentucky’s offense on Saturday in Lexington.
Even when the Gators had an extra defender, there was no stopping Davis and the Wildcats.

It’d be a historic day for Davis, achieving something in the SEC that hasn’t been done since 2019.

Whew, that’s embarrassing for Florida. Kentucky entered the day as favorites for the first time in 34 games against Florida, and it looks like oddsmakers had the right idea when they gave the Wildcats the nod this weekend.
Davis and Kentucky more than backed it up with their play on the field.
