Three men have been detained by police for allegedly killing a former Delhi Police lady constable and tricking her family into thinking she was still alive two years after she vanished, authorities said on Sunday. The 28-year-old was allegedly murdered by Surender Singh, who is currently working as a policeman for the Delhi Police, since she refused to get married to him.
