Man who obstructed p-hailing rider, sparking altercation at Langat-Klang road intersection, sought by police

KUALA LUMPUR: The police are looking for a motorist who had obstructed the movement of a p-hailing rider which resulted in an altercation at a traffic light intersection along the Langat-Klang road.
