He said: “I feel absolutely wrecked, I started getting sick a couple days ago and I just feel like I’ve gotten worse.
“The only thing that’s stressing me out is that I can’t hold my mum, I can’t give her a hug.
“I can be outdoors, I can sit within a distance but then to top it off, look at that (Peter shows his cold sore on his bottom lip).
The dad of four said that he feels very poorly and that it could be some sort of flu. He ended the video saying: “No one cares”.
Peter is currently out in Australia visiting his family and has been making a series of TV and media appearances.
Peter previously revealed that he plans to move his family to Australia amid his mum Thea’s health struggles.
The pop-star is finding the move to be difficult, due to his children’s school arrangements.
Peter shares Junior and Princess with ex-wife Katie Price and Amelia and Theo with wife Emily MacDonagh.
Peter, once a singer, transitioned into a reality TV star. He gained prominence following his music career in the 90s.
It was with the launch of his second album, Natural, that he skyrocketed to fame, with the record reaching number one on the UK charts in 1996.
The star has appeared on various reality TV shows, including I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! and Strictly Come Dancing.
