NFL Defensive Player of the Year odds tracker: Myles Garrett jumps ahead of TJ Watt after Week 4
Dating all the way back to the early days of the NFL, there has long been a rivalry between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Cleveland Browns. The Browns got a lot of their wins before the Super Bowl era, and the Steelers have largely dominated the series since the 1970s. The Browns did beat the Steelers in the 2020 playoffs though.
This year, that rivalry seems to be writing a new chapter in the Defensive Player of the Year race.
Yes, Dallas Cowboys’ linebacker Micah Parsons is still the favorite after Week 4, but Browns’ defensive end Myles Garrett is closing in on him, leapfrogging Steelers pass rusher TJ Watt this week to take second-place in the race.
Myles Garrett with a spin move for a sack. He’s got a RB to his outside and a guard coming to help the tackle. Doesn’t matter. Someone this size shouldn’t be able to move this well. pic.twitter.com/HjNqHUkZ67
