CIS Bishkek summit to institute status of CIS observer, partner

At the upcoming meeting in Bishkek on 13 October the CIS Heads of State Council plans to institute the status of an observer and a partner of the CIS, reads a communique that BelTA received from the press service of the Kremlin.
