Boca Raton man dies in early-morning rollover crash
A Boca Raton man died on his 29th birthday early Friday morning after crashing into two trees, the force ejecting him from his car.
Nicholas Ryan Hurst lost control and went off the road while driving south on Lakeridge Boulevard shortly before 4 a.m., the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office said. He regained control and drove south through the intersection of Yamato Road where he hit a tree.
Hurst’s car then spun clockwise, flipped over and hit a second tree before stopping in the tree line off the road, the Sheriff’s Office said. Hurst was found in a canal just southwest of where his car came to a stop.
No other drivers were involved in the crash.
