But Argentina go into the match, held in Marseilles’ Stade Velodrome, having lost only once in Pool D – their opening 27-10 defeat to England.

Michael Cheika’s men produced impressive displays in their other pool games – including a 59-5 thrashing of bitter rivals Chile.

Yet Wales waltzed through Pool C to the quarter-finals – winning their final three games by at least 20 points.

Louis Rees-Zammit – arguably the quickest player at the 2023 Rugby World Cup – bagged a hat-trick of tries in their final pool tie, a 43-19 drubbing of Georgia.
