MAFS UK’s JJ Slater breaks silence after his ‘affair’ with Ella Morgan is revealed on show
MARRIED At First Sight’s intruder groom JJ Slater has broken his silence on his shock on-screen affair with Ella Morgan.
The fashion brand owner, 30, was initially paired with bride Bianca Petronzi, also 30, in their late arrival to the E4 series.
Yet after admitting the hair extension specialist “wasn’t his type” – and a complete lack of physical intimacy bar a wedding day kiss – his head was turned by Ella, 27, during a group MAFS spa day.
Earlier this week after the flirting was exposed, Ella’s partner Nathanial Valentino told how he “needed space” from the glam star.
JJ and Ella’s dalliance began when she sent a message to the Essex boy and insisted she came to “find a husband” – before the pair enjoyed a snooker date.
Taking to his Instagram Stories, JJ has now opened up on the cheat scandal causing waves in the group.
He posted a snap showing him covering his face with his hands along with the words: “Well tomorrow looks eventful.”
He added a skull Emoji as well as a laughing face.
It remains to be seen how their partnership goes – but fans were given a sneak peek last night, during an explosive preview for the dinner party.
Last week fans ‘worked out’ which groom Ella cheated on her husband with.
One wrote on X: “It was definitely JJ that Ella cheated with!”
Another said: “JJ says “my type” and proceeds to describe Ella.
While last month, it was revealed that Ella cheats on her man with someone else in the experiment.
At the time, a source told MailOnline: “Ella’s natural type is a straight man with masculine energy so one of the other grooms ticked more of her boxes.
“She didn’t want to hurt Nathanial or go against the process because being part of the show means so much to her.
“Ella was looking for love and with the other groom, he adores her body and mind, and they had a much better chance of enjoying a long-lasting relationship together.”
