Mumbai-based Chrome Hospitality plans to open 12 outlets in the concept restaurant segment by 2025, with an investment of Rs 35 crore. The company, which has previously ventured into the boutique hospitality space with actress Bhumi Pednekar, will focus on using fresh local produce, seasonal seafood, and cheeses from around the world, as well as local, homegrown brands from across India.
