Several Muslim men were publicly flogged by the four policemen after alleged stone pelting by the members of minority community at a garba dance event at Undhela village in Kheda district on October 3 last year. According to the Police Complaint amob of 150-200 people had allegedly attacked a garba event in the local Swami Narayan temple pelting stones and thus hurt religious sentiments.
