‘Can’t be real’: Homeless pedophile camped near San Fran school with signs for meth and ‘free fentanyl’

A homeless convicted sex offender has set up camp just feet from a Catholic school and a public library in San Francisco, where he is offering “free fentanyl” and “meth for stolen items.”
